Our Chef has a large experience of 20 years cooking on the grill. He has worked throughout the world in renowned restaurants such as Mix Restaurant Santo Domingo and SBG Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, Bratislavský Mestiansky Pivovar in Slovakia, KVP Group in the Czech Republic, Speranza Tren?in in Slovakia, My Grill Station Frýdek Mistek in the Czech Republic and Le Grill Buenos Aires in Argentina.

He loves to cook beef with fire, especially the ribeye here known as the chuletón.
The star dishes are the grilled octopus and the grilled ribeye.
